Step 1: Go to the Gateway menu, and select “Accounting Vouchers.”

Step 2 – From the right-hand menu, choose a voucher from the available options.

Contra Voucher (F4): A Contra Voucher is utilized when money is deposited or withdrawn from the bank.

Payment Voucher (F5): This is the document that the corporation uses to make payments.

Receipt Voucher (F6): This is used for any type of business income, including interest, sales, and so on.

Step 3 – Finally, based on the type of voucher you created, you will need to fill in the required details. You must also choose which ledger the voucher will be tied to. Include the names of the parties involved as well as the date.
